STORE MERCHANDISE

Returns must be made within 7 days with a receipt for full refund. Returns between 7-30 days, will be issued store credit. No returns are accepted after 30 days. sale items are final sale; No returns or store credit will be issued.

CUSTOM ORDER

All custom orders are final sales and cannot be changed, returned, or canceled once placed with LDI.

Full payment, or a 50% deposit, is required for all custom orders. the remaining 50% is due before delivery, pickup, or if being stored, at the time of arrival to LDI.

LDI will store custom orders for up to six weeks free of charge. After six weeks a storage fee may be incurred.

If you are not able to be present at the delivery/completion you have 24 hours to report any concerns.

E-COMMERCE

No return will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.

We do not offer returns on sale items.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any eligible refund or store credit will be credited to your account once the merchandise has been received and thoroughly inspected.

We will notify you once your order is ready for pick-up. As some merchandise may need to be transferred between our locations, we request 48 hours to ensure the items are ready.

Currently, our E-commerce selections are available for in-store pick-up. If you are interested in shipping or delivery, please contact us on social@leedouglas.com or stop in to one of our locations.
