Should you have your own contractor, we can serve as the liaison between you, contractors, and vendors to facilitate a smooth project.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

ORDERS, TRACKING AND CLAIMS
Luxury services do not stop at the time your selections are ordered. We have a team devoted to tracking and monitoring the progress and quality of every order. They monitor your order from the time it is placed and promptly inform you of any back orders, discontinued items, or of other delays. They also work directly with the vendor to resolve any issues on your behalf.
